UNDERPOUND Music Store is a platform designed to empower artists by allowing them to sell their music directly to their fans. By cutting out the middleman, you can connect with your audience more personally while earning a fair income from your work. Whether it’s singles, full albums, or beats, UNDERPOUND gives you the tools to showcase your talent, manage your sales, and turn your music into a sustainable revenue stream.
Every song is priced at $1.99, and albums are set at $4.99. You have full control to set your own price for beats. Artists earn $1.10 for every song sale and $2.74 for every album sale. Earnings from beats will vary based on type of license and price of beats. Earnings can range from 60% to 80% of the total beat price. Please note that these earnings are calculated before any tax, transfer fees or currency conversion fees are applied. Your final payout may vary depending on your payment method and location.
On this platform, you have the flexibility to sell your songs, full albums and beats directly to your listeners. Your work can reach buyers instantly. Each upload is processed for secure delivery and every sale earns you income while helping you grow your audience. This is your space to share, sell and succeed with your music.
At the moment, PayPal is the only available payment method for receiving your earnings. We’re actively working on adding Bank Transfer and Skrill to give you more choice and convenience. These additional methods will be introduced in due time and we’ll notify you as soon as they’re available.
Artists can expect to receive their payments within 30 days or on the next billing cycle, which is processed at the end of each month. Once your earnings have been reviewed and cleared, they will be released during the monthly payout period. This ensures that all transactions are verified and completed securely, giving you a reliable and consistent payment schedule.
You do not need to register or apply to appear on the charts. Everything is handled automatically. Music is added to the charts based purely on performance. Your success is driven entirely by your sales. The charts are updated on a weekly basis, reflecting the latest sales and trends from the past seven days. This means that every week, your position can change depending on how well your songs, albums, or beats are performing. Regular updates ensure that the charts stay current, giving you and your fans an accurate snapshot of the hottest tracks at any given time.
Once you upload your music, it will be available in the UNDERPOUND Music Store within 3 business days, giving our team time to process and verify your release. Alternatively, you can choose to schedule your music for a future release. Please note that scheduled releases must be set at least one week in advance to ensure everything is prepared for a smooth launch on your chosen date.
While the dashboard provides a convenient way to upload your music, it currently does not offer real-time sales statistics. To keep you informed, detailed sales statements will be sent to your registered email address. Rest assured, we are actively working on improvements to provide more real-time insights and additional features, making your dashboard even more powerful and informative in the near future.
