1. Copyright Ownership Requirement

Uploading copyrighted material without authorization is strictly prohibited.
2. Prohibited Content

3. Review and Enforcement
UNDERPOUND may:

Review content before or after publication

Remove content that violates policy

Suspend or terminate repeat infringers
Failure to enforce in one instance does not waive enforcement rights.
4. Notice-and-Takedown Procedure

UNDERPOUND will act promptly upon receipt of a valid notice.
5. Counter-Notice
Where appropriate, uploaders may be allowed to submit a response disputing the claim. UNDERPOUND reserves discretion in resolving disputes.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
Accounts associated with repeated copyright violations may be permanently terminated.
